What is the curing time for goats milk soap?

Our soaps take 4-6 weeks to fully cure.

What is the return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective upon arrival. In such case, you have 30 days from the receipt of the product to contact Truffle Hill Farm for an identical or price equivalent replacement. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the replacement.

Does the soap contain lye?

All soaps contain lye (sodium  hydroxide) as an ingredient during the soaping process. After the curing process, the lye is no longer detectable in the soap. 

How should I store my soaps and body butters?

Always store body butters and unopened soaps in a cool, dark place. Avoid placing soap in water when not in use. Body butters are primarily made of oils, so water should not come into contact with it.

Does Truffle Hill Farm offer wholesale products?

We do not offer wholesale products at this time.

Does Truffle Hill Farm accept large orders? 

Please contact Truffle Hill Farm six weeks in advance to place a large order. Large orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon receipt of the first invoice with the remaining balance due at the time of shipping and receipt of the 2nd invoice.
